Bachelor'sJob Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Manual Test Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our e-learning products and platforms through systematic manual testing. Key Responsibilities: Analyze requirements, user stories, and design documents to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases. Execute test cases manually and report bugs with detailed documentation. Perform regression, functional, system, integration, and usability testing for e-learning content and applications. Collaborate with developers, instructional designers, and project managers to identify and resolve issues. Verify content compatibility across different browsers and devices (cross-browser and responsive testing). Maintain test documentation and track test coverage. Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 2.5 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, preferably in the e-learning or digital content industry. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Experience in testing HTML5-based content, SCORM/AICC packages, and LMS platforms is a plus. Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation skills.
