We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Data Management (TDM) Engineer with a strong background in test data lifecycle management, data masking, synthetic data generation, and automation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with modern databases, cloud platforms, and TDM tools.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end test data lifecycle, including data sourcing, masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation.Work with database systems like AWS RDS, SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.Utilize tools like Delphix, Informatica, or similar for test data management.Develop custom scripts to support data provisioning and automation across environments.Explore and apply GenAI-based techniques for intelligent data generation (preferred).Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to support automated testing using tools like TOSCA, Gherkin, and Selenium.Work in cloud environments: AWS, Azure, GCP.Support Agile and DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub, SonarQube, etc.Adapt to evolving priorities with strong communication, empathy, and collaboration.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred, not mandatory).5+ years of relevant experience in Test Data Management.Hands-on experience with TDM tools (e.g., Delphix, Informatica).Knowledge of scripting for automation and test data preparation.Strong communication and organizational skills.Familiarity with modern delivery methodologies: XP, SAFe, DevSecOps, Lean.
