Test Architect 4

As a Test Architect 4 at Hyland Software, you will be responsible for defining, evaluating, and evolving the testing strategy to ensure it supports the overall testing needs of the supported program. Your role will involve overseeing test-plan definition and execution, advising on the product and architectural roadmap, defining requirements for effective production and testing environments, and monitoring software quality metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Define, evaluate, and evolve testing strategy, including automated and manual testing - Oversee test-plan definition and execution based on testing trends and product roadmap - Advise on product and architectural roadmap, identifying business value and impact - Define requirements for effective production and testing environments and test data - Collect and monitor software quality metrics to assess program effectiveness - Define, evaluate, and evolve design of quality gates within continuous integration pipeline - Act as a trusted advisor to program leadership on quality standards and tool selection - Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other program members - Contribute to overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing Qualifications Required: - Master's degree or equivalent experience - Expertise with programming or scripting, .NET and Angular preferred - Experience with AWS and GitHub Actions - Demonstrated experience with Agile frameworks - Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills - Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Driven to learn and stay current professionally - Up to 25% travel time required Hyland Software offers a culture that values employee engagement and provides meaningful benefits and programs to its workforce.
