Job Description

As a Sales Officer in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for appointing distributors, managing primary and secondary sales, and driving market growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Appointing and managing distributors in the assigned territory - Achieving monthly and quarterly primary & secondary sales targets - Ensuring regular market visits and retailer engagement - Maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers - Monitoring and reporting competitor activities and market trends - Driving new product launches and brand visibility in the market To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in the FMCG sector - Excellent knowledge of the local market and distributor network - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to meet sales targets under pressure - Self-motivated and result-oriented The company offers benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund. Additionally, a compensation package including a performance bonus is provided. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. Experience in 10 key typing for 2 years is required, and proficiency in English is preferred. A willingness to travel 100% of the time is also preferred. The work location is in person.,
