Territory Sales Representative

You are seeking a Sales Officer position within the FMCG Industry. As a Sales Officer, you will be an essential part of our FMCG team's expansion and success. Your primary responsibilities will include appointing distributors, managing primary and secondary sales, and fostering market growth. The ideal candidate for this role should be dynamic and results-driven. The location for this position is Madurai, Trichy, and Tirupur. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales. Your main duties will involve appointing and overseeing distributors in the designated area, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, conducting regular market visits, and engaging with retailers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers, monitoring competitor activities and market trends, as well as driving new product launches and enhancing brand visibility will also be crucial aspects of your role. Successful candidates should possess proven experience in the FMCG sector, a deep understanding of the local market and distributor network, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales targets even under pressure. Furthermore, self-motivation, result-orientation, and a willingness to work full-time on a permanent basis are essential for this position.
