Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Officer to oversee and expand our business operations in Guna and Mandsaur.
The candidate should possess strong expertise in Edible Oil sales, with a demonstrated ability to develop markets, appoint new distributors, and achieve consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify, appoint, and manage new distributors to strengthen market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies to increase market share.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
• Ensure smooth order processing, timely collections, and adherence to company policies.
• Implement trade promotions and schemes to enhance brand visibility.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and performance updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Edible Oil sales.
• Strong understanding of channel sales and distributor management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
