Sales Officer – Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to promote and expand the market for our natural hair care and herbal products (www.dkihenna.com). The role involves achieving sales targets, handling distributors/retailers, ensuring product visibility, and executing sales strategies within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at retail points.
• Implement promotional schemes and monitor market activities.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights for strategy improvement.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG or herbal/cosmetic sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
