Job Description

 

The Territory Sales Manager Trucks will be responsible for achieving annual truck sales targets and strengthening brand visibility for Ashok Leyland across the Bangalore region. The role focuses on driving market share growth, supporting new product launches, and effectively managing dealership performance. The manager will work closely with dealer sales teams, providing product and process training, ensuring compliance with PRISM guidelines, and enhancing overall sales effectiveness.

A major responsibility of this role is maintaining strong customer handling practices to boost customer satisfaction, ensure repeat business, and build long-term relationships within the commercial vehicle segment. The manager will monitor operational costs, implement cost-saving measures, and drive initiatives that support dealer profitability and sustainable growth.

Extensive hands-on training will be provided prior to field deployment to ensure the manager is fully equipped with the required product, process, and market knowledge.
