Job Description

The role of Territory Sales Manager at Prestige Pursuits Pvt. Ltd. involves managing sales activities in Noida with a focus on B2B sales, marketing, and strategic analysis. As a Territory Sales Manager, you are expected to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional negotiation abilities, and effective organization and multitasking capabilities. Your primary responsibilities include visiting 5-6 clients daily for sale meetings, understanding the business model of the HORECA segment, and developing area coverage plans. You will be tasked with cross-selling, upselling, and expanding the product range while planning and achieving target sales goals on an account-wise basis. It is crucial to maintain regular accounts in the HORECA segment with targeted sales and profitability, ensuring order execution in a timely manner and addressing customer queries promptly to deliver excellent service. Additionally, you will be required to collaborate with various stakeholders to close business deals effectively. To excel in this role, you should have proven working experience in Pharma/FMCG as a B2B Sales Manager or in a related position, with a successful sales track record. Proficiency in computer skills, English language, and strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential. The ideal candidate should hold a graduate or post-graduate degree in Marketing. The work timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the flexibility to work from home or in the field. The salary will be determined based on the interview and previous earnings.
