Territory sales manager (Mortgage loan)

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve mortgage loan targets in the assigned territory. This will involve generating leads through direct sourcing, referral networks, builders, and channel partners. You will need to identify potential customers, assess their needs, and offer suitable mortgage loan solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and property developers will be crucial for success. Additionally, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities is part of the role.
