Job Description

Role & responsibilities Sales Execution : Drive primary and secondary sales through regular dealer visits and field activities. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and collection objectives. Ensure product availability, visibility, and brand presence at dealer and retailer levels. Dealer & Channel Development : Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors to increase market coverage. Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners through consistent engagement and support. Train and guide dealers/distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service standards. Market Expansion & Visibility : Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. Execute local marketing campaigns, branding activities, and promotional initiatives. Act as a brand ambassador to enhance visibility and customer trust in the territory. Reporting & Coordination : Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and product teams to ensure smooth operations. Track competitor activities and provide actionable insights to the leadership team Preferred candidate profile Education : MBA/PGDM. Experience : Min 4 years of field/channel sales experience in Paint, Tyre, or Automobile sectors. Preferred Industry Background : Paint | Tyre | Automobile |
