Territory Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales representatives within your assigned territory. Your main goal will be to ensure that sales targets are met by effectively recruiting, training, and overseeing the performance of your team. In addition, you will need to identify customer needs, submit sales reports, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance company products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of sales representatives, including recruitment and dismissal as necessary - Identify and address customer needs to drive sales growth - Submit regular sales reports to the sales director for review - Stay informed about industry trends and assess their potential impact on company offerings - Train and develop sales representatives to improve their performance and achieve targets Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales management or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make strategic decisions - Knowledge of the industry and market dynamics - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, and the benefits include health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
