Job Description: As a Workforce & MIS Manager in the Customer Service department at Juinagar, your role involves carrying out various Workforce Management (WFM) functions to ensure efficient operations. Your responsibilities include: - Publishing service levels for CDC, GRD, email teams, and Loan Centers - Publishing projected call, email, and walk-in volumes based on customer base and time of month - Publishing rostering requirements based on projected volumes - Identifying resourcing shortages in different teams Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Identifying opportunities to automate WFM and MIS functions - Identifying MIS requirements for new businesses like credit card and operationalizing them Key Success Metrics: - Accurate manpower projections to meet desired service levels - Timely and accurate publication of WFM and MIS functions - Automation of WFM/MIS functions.,
