Territory Sales Incharge (TSI)

You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and controlling the fractionation and refining processes to ensure the smooth and efficient production of refined products while adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines. Your duties will include starting up, shutting down, and adjusting equipment as needed to maintain optimal process conditions and product quality. Monitoring instruments, gauges, and meters to gauge process variables, detect abnormalities, and take corrective actions will also be part of your role. Routine inspections and maintenance on equipment such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and distillation columns will be required to ensure proper functionality and prevent downtime. You will be collecting and analyzing samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Troubleshooting process issues and equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions will be essential. Effective coordination and communication with fellow operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors will be necessary to ensure seamless operations and resolve any operational challenges. Participation in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and safety drills to promote a culture of safety and adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining accurate records of production data, process parameters, equipment status, and maintenance activities will be required. Additionally, providing training and guidance to junior operators as needed to ensure their professional growth and understanding of plant operations will be part of the role.
