As a Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) in the EdTech industry, your role will involve driving sales and fostering relationships with teachers, schools, and coaching institutes in Nagpur. You should possess 1-2 years of experience in EdTech sales, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in the education sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and acquire teachers, schools, and coaching institutes as clients for EdTech solutions. - Exceed sales targets within your designated territory. - Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for educators. - Devise strategies to boost product adoption among teachers and institutions. - Cultivate enduring relationships with teachers, school decision-makers, and coaching owners. - Address customer inquiries, deliver post-sales support, and ensure client retention. - Obtain feedback from educators to enhance product offerings. **Key Requirements:** - 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. - Proficient in communication and presentation. - Ability to persuade teachers and school administrators effectively. - Familiarity with EdTech platforms, LMS, and online learning tools. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within your territory. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
