Digital Production Executive

Navneet TOPTECH Job Title: Executive - Digital Production Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for uploading digital content on the SMART DigiBook and other platforms, data management, preparing reports and dealing with some of the customer support enquiries. Responsibilities: 1. Upload digital books, resources, and product information based on the quality expectations. 2. Perform a quality check (QC) of the content uploaded by other team members. 3. Maintain records of all the digital content uploaded and review it daily with the team. 4. Ensure the uploaded content is appropriately available on mobile apps and web platforms. 5. Escalate digital production issues to the manager in a timely manner. 6. Generate access codes and share them with relevant stakeholders in the required format. 7. Maintain records of the access code generated and review daily with the manager. 8. Deal with customer enquiries promptly. 9. Any miscellaneous tasks that are assigned by the manager. Desired profile: 1. Attention to details and the ability to deliver accurate and error-free work within specified deadlines. 2. Satisfactory experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel. 3. Ability to comprehend the requirements. 4. Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines. 5. English language skills, including spelling, grammar and usage. 6. Documentation of daily work. Experience (Industry type & Duration): Essential: 2+ years working with computers and Microsoft Office Tools (like Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred: Working with eBook / Smart book platforms or in the EdTech sector Qualification: Graduate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
