Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) is responsible for driving sales, market share, and revenue growth within an assigned geographical area. This role involves managing distributors/retailers, executing marketing and promotional strategies, and ensuring availability and visibility of products in the market. The TSI serves as the key point of contact between the company and its customers in the territory.

Job Responsibilities:

 Sales Target Achievement: Ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded.

 Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients.

 Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

 Team Management (if applicable): Supervise and support field sales representatives or distributors.

 Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.

 Product Promotion: Implement promotional campaigns and ensure product visibility.

 Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels at distributor and retail points to avoid stock outs or overstocking.

 Compliance: Ensure all company policies and pricing structures are followed in the territory.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

 Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

 Results-driven and self-motivated

 Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools

 Ability to work independently and under pressure

 Knowledge of the local market and distribution network

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA

preferred)

 2–5 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Durables/Pharma or

relevant industry

 Experience managing distributors and retail channels

Working Conditions:

Days: Monday to Saturday.

Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

For Freshers and Experienced both

Salary : 15k- 25k per month (May vary depending upon the experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
