Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1) Sales Planning & Execution

Drive sales growth by identifying and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Identify key performance indicators and create effective sales plans based on data insights.

2) Customer Relationship & Territory Expansion

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retreaders in the assigned territory.
Ensure satisfaction of existing customers and drive new dealer/channel onboarding.

3) Market Analysis & Competitive Positioning

Conduct market research to evaluate competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences.
Use insights to position the companys retreading products effectively, focusing on quality and cost-efficiency.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across Maharashtra, especially in transportation and industrial hubs.

4) Reporting & Revenue Forecasting

Submit regular reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Strong command over sales and product forecasting.
Set and achieve sales targets for the Mumbai & Maharashtra region while addressing market challenges.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in Tyre Retread, Battery, Lubricants, Spare Parts Manufacturers, Auto Components organizations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Bachelors degree / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Experience in channel appointment and dealer development.
Strong geographic and market knowledge.
Tyre or retreading industry experience preferred.
