Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Franchisee Acquisition

  • Identify, source, and qualify prospective franchise partners through leads, events, digital campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Manage the complete franchise sales cycle: inquiries, presentations, evaluations, financial assessments, and due diligence.
  • Conduct discovery calls, franchise orientation sessions, and business opportunity meetings.
  • Lead negotiations on franchise terms, commercial expectations, territory allocation, and agreements.
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation, agreements, and onboarding requirements.

2. Franchise Onboarding

  • Develop and implement onboarding plans, including training, operational setup, branding compliance, and initial launch support.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance, legal) to ensure a seamless franchise launch.
  • Provide initial hand-holding support to help franchisees achieve early-stage revenue milestones.

3. Franchise Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, addressing queries and ensuring service quality.
  • Regularly monitor franchise performance via KPIs such as sales, customer metrics, operational standards, and compliance.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and provide guidance on growth strategies and process improvements.
  • Ensure timely resolution of operational, financial, and supply-chain issues affecting franchise satisfaction.

4. Compliance & Brand Standards

  • Ensure franchisees adhere to brand guidelines, operational manuals, marketing standards, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct audits and site visits to evaluate compliance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain complete franchise documentation and ensure updated SOPs are shared with partners.

5. Revenue Growth & Network Expansion

  • Identify opportunities for territory expansions, new formats, or additional outlets for existing franchisees.
  • Support franchisees in executing local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide inputs to senior leadership on market trends, competition, and franchise performance analytics.

Preferred candidate profile

Required

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in franchise acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and business performance metrics.
  • Comfortable with field visits, travel, and working with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience within franchisee of broking industry.
  • Understanding of franchise laws, contracts, and operational frameworks.
