Territory Sales Executive

About the Role:

As a Territory Business Executive, you'll be the face of Zota Healthcare / Dava Indialeading customer engagement and sales performance. Youll build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver ethical and compliant interactions, and drive growth in your territory.

TBE will be sale the products- OTC & Generic Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans including events, campaigns, and field presentations to meet sales and performance targets.
  
• Manage key accounts such as hospitals, clinics, and referral networks. Provide market access and coverage.
  
• Maintain deep knowledge of product portfolio, market position, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  
• Meet contact coverage and frequency benchmarks through field visits, calls, and multi-channel engagement.
  
• Ensure customer satisfactionhandle inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups per company protocols.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain to optimize promotional spend and forecast sales. Ambition
  
• Adhere strictly to adverseevent reporting, Code of Conduct, and promotional compliance guidelines.
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
  
• At least 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales with proven sales track record.
  
• Strong network within assigned territory and familiarity with key healthcare stakeholders.
  
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and analytics.
  
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Willingness to travel within territory.
