Job Description

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and farmer meetings to promote agrochemical products.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits with distributors.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

  • Execute marketing campaigns, field days, and promotional activities as per plan.

  • Maintain daily reports and submit timely MIS and sales data.

  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
