Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outlet Operations Management * Supervise daily operations of existing outlets in the territory. * Ensure proper product availability, stock management, and visual merchandising. * Monitor staff performance and customer service standards. * Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to avoid any stock-out or overstocking. * Conduct regular market visits to assess outlet condition and performance. * Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand compliance norms. 2. Sales & Revenue Growth * Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set for the territory. * Monitor outlet-wise sales performance and take corrective actions if needed. * Work closely with outlet managers to plan local promotions and increase footfall. * Analyze customer feedback and implement necessary improvements.

3. Lead Generation & Business Expansion * Identify and approach potential franchise partners or locations for new outlets. * Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, community leaders, and business prospects. * Conduct market research to evaluate the feasibility of expansion in new localities. * Prepare and present reports on new lead status to management. 4. Coordination & Reporting * Act as a bridge between head office and outlets in the territory. * Share regular performance updates, challenges, and competitor insights. * Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotions and campaigns. * Submit daily/weekly reports on sales, operations, and lead generation. Key Skills & Competencies: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Leadership with the ability to manage multiple outlets and teams. * Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. * Good understanding of local market dynamics in Howrah & Midnapore. * Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Educational Qualification: * Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Hospitality or related field. * MBA preferred but not mandatory. Experience: * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG, QSR, Bakery, or Retail Operations. * Prior experience in territory or area sales roles is preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
