Territory Sales Executive - Mysore

As a Territory Sales Executive in Mysore, your primary responsibility is to define and execute the overall Sales & Distribution territory plan to capture market growth opportunities while focusing on profitability. You will be accountable for achieving volume and value targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the S&D territory plan to achieve volume & value targets - Increase distributor footprint and engage them with adherence to process compliances - Lead business planning & forecasting for the assigned territory - Manage costs for the territory as per plan including subsidies, 3P manpower costs, etc. - Increase distribution footprint for New Product Developments (NPDs) - Effectively engage and motivate the field force (CEs, TSOs, PDSRs & DSRs) to achieve ambitious business plans - Maximize incentive earnings in the team, coach individuals with performance issues, build functional capability, and reward & recognize right behaviors Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in sales and distribution management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the sales and distribution strategy in the Mysore territory.
