Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets through a

    secondary salesdriven approach

    .
  2. Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement across retail outlets.
  3. Strengthen distributor and retailer network to drive consistent off-take.
  4. Plan and execute market activations, consumer promotions, and trade initiatives.
  5. Conduct regular market visits to monitor outlet-level performance and track competitor activities.
  6. Handle and guide sales team members; appoint and develop team members where required.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. 47 years of proven FMCG sales experience, preferably with exposure to

    secondary sales management

    .
  2. Graduate in any discipline.
  3. Strong knowledge of the local market (Bangalore South, North East Bangalore includes

    Yelahanka, Hennur,

    Nagavara, Hebbal, Sumanahalli, , Peenya, Nagavara

    and surrounding areas preferred).
  4. Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  5. Ability to lead a small team and drive

    execution at outlet level

    .
