Job Description

As a Strategy Implementation and Installation & Fault Repair professional at our company, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining service level agreements for resolving customer service requests, identifying network rehabilitation opportunities, ensuring compliance with quality and process standards, and enforcing safety protocols within the assigned territory. You will also be tasked with ensuring timely resolution of service requests, analyzing fault cases to minimize repeats, and driving installation and shifting performance while meeting defined key performance indicators (KPIs). In addition, you will play a crucial role in reducing open service requests and repeat orders, managing escalations from internal and external customers, coordinating with local cable operators for customer support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to expedite installations and resolutions, and resolving challenges faced by local cable operators. Your proficiency in leveraging the Airtel work platform for performance monitoring, preparing productivity reports, conducting productivity audits, and identifying process optimization opportunities will be essential for success in this role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring quality of service parameters related to regulatory compliance, conducting audits within specified timelines, and fostering effective teamwork for seamless task execution. Your ability to lead a team, coordinate with various departments for faster issue resolutions, and exhibit a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time will be critical for achieving organizational objectives. To qualify for this position, you should hold a full-time Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree, preferably in B.Tech, and have at least 4 years of experience in team handling and customer acquisition.
