Territory Manager-RCU

As a Territory Manager in Retail Banking's Risk department based in Mumbai, your primary responsibilities include: - Managing entire RCU activities for the assigned area - Supervising risk control, Fraud Control (FCU/RCU), Investigations & Field Verifications activities in the allocated area - Conducting pre-disbursement sample verification to verify the authenticity of documents - Performing post-disbursement sample checking through borrower visits - Regularly monitoring RCU agencies to ensure effectiveness - Mitigating the risk of outsourced processes to DSAs & CPAs - Maintaining and sharing MIS at approved intervals - Ensuring the sanctity of reported data - Conducting audits of assigned business to verify process compliance - Managing projects related to core risk infrastructure, tools, systems, and data - Staying updated on the latest fraud trends and providing updates to various departments within the Bank - Managing fraud surveillance mechanism on banking transactions Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments and functions to provide best-in-class products and service offerings to customers. In terms of managerial and leadership responsibilities, you will mentor and coach senior team members to instill the ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
