As a Territory Sales Manager in Mass Retail at Airtel, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, increasing market share, revenue, and executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Your responsibilities will include engaging with channel partners, fostering business relationships, and enhancing business for the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) mass retail segment. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth by focusing on new and existing channel partners, expanding the company's footprint within the territory. - Optimize the sales and distribution network to enhance market penetration. - Strengthen the distribution ecosystem by increasing below-the-line (BTL) activities, ensuring effective coverage and transactions. - Ensure brand visibility through organized merchandising activities, achieving sales targets. - Implement processes to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and issue resolution. - Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and customer SLAs. - Manage and expand the channel/distributor network through incentives and grievance redressal. - Form partnerships, train partners on product features, sales techniques, and market positioning. - Implement relationship management programs, negotiate agreements with partners, and maintain industry best practices. - Lead the territory team, update their knowledge base, and coordinate with Zonal/Area managers. - Manage the team responsible for installations, servicing, and repairs. - Conduct necessary trainings for team member development and maintain strong people connections at all levels. - Collaborate with central functions to ensure alignment with company policies.
