Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new accounts, expand existing ones, and increase market share in the medical devices industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive sales growth through effective communication and coordination.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product positioning and messaging.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in field sales or related role within the medical devices industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma), Biotechnology (B.Sc.), or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Strong understanding of medical devices products/services; ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
