JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Territory Manager IM Seals– Gurgaon

Reports To: Distribution Manager – Industrial Seals

Role Type Individual Contribution

Location: Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities

Achieve revenue and profitability targets through the distribution network in defined region / segment.

Manage and coach existing distributors to formulate their growth plans.

Identify new areas/platforms to expand the distribution network.

Promote new product offerings or special schemes to achieve sale growth.

Ensure distributor compliance with SKF’s policies, branding, etc

Metrics

Revenue and Profitability achievement

Network expansions (weighted & Numeric) (retailer)

Product / category / new offerings (Mix)
