Territory Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Achievement To achieve Sales budget for the year / Achieving Sales budget for focus crops & to appoint or develop proper stockiest / network in the territory.

2. Collections To keep receivable under control & to collect the payments well in time against receivables. Try to maintain zero bad debts.

3. Market Development & Promotion – To generate the demand for our products by organizing field visit

/ days on demo / commercial plots. To create awareness among farming community about the organization / products.

4. Reporting / Discipline – Should follow the organizational guidelines & must send reports to his seniors well in time.

Plan tour programs well in advance for business enhancement

Preferred candidate profile

1. Expert in channel Sales and Market development and sales development activities

2. Should have sufficient Market knowledge related to business activities.

3. Should be good communicator.

4. Impressive / well behaved with pleasant personality.

5. Should have good knowledge about Agriculture Science like about Crops management etc.

6. Should have experience in Seed Industry like Field crops & Vegetable
