Territory Manager-Gold Loan

As a Sales Manager - Gold Loan, your role involves generating gold loan business through various channels and leading a team of Direct Selling Teams to expand the gold loan business in the locality/branch. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure monthly sales targets are met by acquiring New to Bank (NTB) and Existing to Bank (ETB) customers. - Pitch gold loans to existing liability customers. - Drive month-on-month growth in Execution Only Platform (EOP) Assets for gold loan business per branch. - Maintain Fee Income at a minimum of 1% of total disbursals. - Conduct regular customer follow-ups for timely renewal of cases and minimize renewal pending cases. - Coordinate with valuers as needed. - Ensure healthy collections with zero First Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI)/First Presentation Default and minimize fresh flow in Bucket X. - Tag loans as Priority Sector Lending (PSL) and adhere to PSL norms. - Assist branch liability team during audits and communicate effectively with customers prior to any packet opening. - Conduct marketing activities in the local market to attract new-to-bank gold loan customers. - Be willing to work extensively in the field and travel across the region with short notice. - Perform ad-hoc activities as required by the department. - Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Demonstrate personal drive and a positive work ethic to achieve results within tight deadlines and demanding situations. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation: Bachelors in Engineering/Technology/Management/Computers/Science. - Post-graduation: MBA. - Experience: 2-10 years in retail banking, preferably with exposure to lending products.,
