TERRITORY MANAGER- FATEHABAD-PUNJAB

Position Details

Designation: Territory Manager
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Fatehabad- Punjab
CTC Range: As per company norms

Key Responsibilities

Monitor dealer performance, sales potential, and background to enhance business.
Visit IPL and non-IPL customers/wholesalers to expand customer base.
Resolve dealer issues such as MRP clarification, leakage concerns, and credit note problems.
Identify and open new accounts; provide comments and recommend credit limits.
Track competitor products and share updates with senior and junior team members.
Manually share orders with branches and take updates on daily sales, collections, and pending orders.
Conduct Field Day Meetings, Night Meetings, and farmer interactions for demand generation.
Ensure team follows standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prepare and submit reports (TADA, monthly expenses, weekly/monthly sales updates).
Review collection of receipts, product complaints, contributory items, sales returns, and loose material returns.

Education Qualification

B.Sc (Agri) / M.Sc (Agri) / MBA (Agri)

Experience: 2-5 year
Required Skill Set

Ability to manage a team of MDOs
Technologically proficient
Innovative with a problem-solving approach
Strong commitment to deliverables
