Key Responsibilities:

end-to-end regional refurbishment operations
across multiple cities.
Monitor key metrics such as
Cost per Vehicle, Throughput, and Turnaround Time (TAT)

Manage
vendor and team performance
to ensure operational excellence.
Lead
process improvement initiatives
using data-driven insights.
Coordinate with
sales, quality, and supply teams
for seamless execution.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs.
