Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales operations within the designated territory, developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting market research, providing feedback to the product development team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role requires frequent travel within the territory.

• Proven experience in sales management and territory management
• Strong knowledge of pest control solutions and agricultural products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
