We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager-2 Wheeler Loan to join our Retail Banking team in Malda, West Bengal.As a Territory Manager-2 Wheeler Loan, you will be responsible for managing the 2 wheeler loan portfolio in the assigned territory. You will be a key member of the Retail Banking team and will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets for 2 wheeler loans in the assigned territory
• Identify potential customers and build relationships with dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the 2 wheeler industry
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends
• Evaluate loan applications and make credit decisions based on the bank's policies and procedures
• Monitor and manage the loan portfolio to ensure timely repayments and minimize delinquencies
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or issues related to 2 wheeler loans
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to cross-sell other banking products and services
• Stay updated on the bank's products, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in 2 wheeler loans
• Strong knowledge of the 2 wheeler industry and market trends
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing a loan portfolio
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
