Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales: Meet assigned budget targets (top-line)

2. Collections: Ensure collections as per company norms

3. Secondary/Tertiary Sales: Drive sales growth in the territory

4. Productivity: Maintain preset norms for manpower, ISPs, and town/dealer productivity

5. Expansion: Control outstanding and minimize sales returns

6. Training: Train ISPs with the help of Team Leaders

7. Competition Information: Gather and share competitor insights

8. Reporting: Submit weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience: 7-15 years in sales, preferably in white goods (TVs, LEDs, fridges, ACs, washing machines, water purifiers, Vacuum cleaners etc.)

2. Education: Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline

3. Age: Maximum 40 years

4. Preferred background: White goods sales experience.
