Job Description

The role of Territory Executive at our company involves identifying and creating a robust sales network in the assigned territory. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving sales and revenue targets, conducting farmer meetings, and delivering product demos to farmers and distributors. You will also be expected to execute various sales promotion activities, manage channels effectively, and handle stock returns. Timely reporting of sales results to the management is crucial, along with providing support for liaising and managing legal aspects of the business. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to monitor competitor products, sales strategies, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture and preferably a Master of Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Agri Business Management. A minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in a similar role is required. The job location for this position is Ranchi, Jharkhand.
