Territory Business Manager-Victora- Ahmedabad

In this role at Abbott, a global healthcare leader, you will be responsible for achieving division-wise primary targets while ensuring they equal or exceed secondary targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share. - Eliminating cases of stock expiry on Stockist shelves through timely stock liquidation via prescription generation. - Sharing competitor and market information with the ABM and Division in a timely manner. - Building relationships with customers and Stockists, adhering to defined Stockist visit frequencies. - Prioritizing and meeting with doctors appropriately and at the right frequency. - Engaging with important customers effectively by leveraging managerial, marketing, and support functions. - Planning and monitoring new product introductions, ensuring stocking as per plan and tracking sales progress. Providing timely information on new products to Stockists. - Reporting fieldwork daily on the assigned online system. - Organizing Camps (CME) according to division strategy and customer needs. - Generating POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2+ years of experience in a similar role. - Freshers with good communication and analytical skills will also be considered. - Required Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharma.
