In this role, your core job responsibilities will include achieving division-wise primary targets and ensuring they are equal to or greater than secondary targets. You will be expected to generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share while ensuring zero cases of expiry on stockist shelves through timely liquidation of stocks via prescription generation. Timely sharing of competitor and market information with the ABM and division is essential, as well as building relationships with customers and stockists through regular visits as per defined frequency. It will be your responsibility to prioritize and meet with doctors appropriately and strengthen relationships by leveraging managerial, marketing, and support functions. Planning and monitoring new product introductions, stocking as per plan, and reporting sales progress will be crucial aspects of the role. Daily reporting of fieldwork in the assigned online system, organizing camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs, and generating POBs for Abbott brands according to the business plan are also key tasks. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience. However, freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered. A qualification of B.Sc. or B.Pharma is required to be successful in this role.,
