Role Overview: As a member of the Abbott team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data and market research to develop a strategic plan for your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the achievement of targets, implementing designated strategies, engaging with various stakeholders, demonstrating discipline in meeting timelines, and showcasing proficiency in computer skills. Your ability to adapt to market changes, communicate effectively, deliver in-clinic performances, and organize camps will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and devise a working plan for the territory based on provided data and market research. - Ensure the attainment of targets for the territory through consistent follow-up and monitoring. - Implement and execute all designated strategies effectively. - Engage with stakeholders such as doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies. - Demonstrate discipline and punctuality in adhering to set timelines for various internal processes. - Showcase proficiency in basic computer skills, including working with Excel, Word, and email exchanges. - Be a quick learner and adaptable to market changes. - Exhibit strong verbal communication skills in both English and the local language. - Deliver effective in-clinic performances. - Possess a basic understanding and the ability to explain anatomy, physiology, and the product portfolio. - Organize camps (CME) in alignment with divisional strategies and customer requirements. - Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors" brands. - Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan. Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. - Freshers with excellent communication skills and analytical abilities will also be considered. - A degree in B.Sc. or B.Pharma.,
