As a Sales Executive at Abbott, you will play a crucial role in achieving the division's primary targets and increasing market share. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving division-wise primary targets and ensuring they are equal to or greater than secondary targets. - Generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share. - Ensuring zero cases of expiry on Stockist shelves by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation. - Sharing competitor and market information with the ABM and Division in a timely manner. - Building strong relationships with customers and Stockists through timely visits as per defined frequency. - Prioritizing doctors appropriately and meeting them with the right frequency. - Engaging with important customers and strengthening relationships with the support of managerial and marketing functions. - Planning and monitoring new product introductions, stocking as per plan, and tracking sales progress. Providing timely information about new products to Stockists. - Reporting field work on a daily basis in the assigned online system. - Organizing Camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs. - Generating Purchase Orders (POBs) for Abbott brands as per the business plan.
