Territory Business Manager - Endura - Hyderabad

You will be responsible for achieving the assigned territory/geography wise sales target by carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision. You are required to report field work on a daily basis using the assigned online system and ensure meeting Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage Norms of the assigned division. Your core responsibilities will include: - Engaging with chemists to maintain strong relationships, ensuring product availability and visibility, discussing product advantages over competition, and managing POBs. - Coordinating with distributors for timely product delivery, expanding geography, and managing inventory levels. - Connecting semi-wholesalers to distributors for product availability in all towns, analyzing secondary sales, and availability. - Conducting regular visits to doctors to promote products, provide information, and address queries. - Building positive relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty, understanding customer needs and preferences. - Implementing trade marketing activities and promotions, staying informed about competitor activities, and adjusting strategies accordingly. - Achieving sales targets, promoting products effectively, and ensuring availability. - Implementing promotional strategies to increase product awareness and market share. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, doctor visits, and relevant information. Qualifications required: - BSc/B. Pharma/ B.Com - 0 to 4 years of experience as a medical representative/sales representative in a similar role - Ability to cover bigger geographies - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Candidates with a background of selling pharmaceutical brands through semi-wholesales and chemists will be considered.,
