Job Description

As a Sales Professional at Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sales initiatives within the Tamilnadu region, focusing on MM/Transformational Accounts critical for Growth. Your primary responsibility will be to exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions to a blend of existing clients and prospects. You will be expected to forecast sales activity, achieve revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction while creating reference-able customers. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and researching territories, developing a go-to-market strategy, creating a target account list, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and market knowledge. You will engage with prospects to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business-case definition, and value analysis. Additionally, you will lead the end-to-end sales process by collaborating with internal resources like Sales Engineers and Professional Services to drive revenue generation. The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record of selling into MM/Digital Natives companies, with experience in Retail and Consumer Goods being advantageous. You should possess at least 6 years of enterprise solution sales experience in CRM, ERP, or similar domains, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals. A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required, and your skills will be evaluated based on your daily role requirements. Desired skills for this position include strategic account planning, experience selling to C-Level executives, strong technical competence, and a passion for customer success. You should be adept at articulating clear value propositions, maintaining a high level of productivity, and working effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Demonstrated consultative sales skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints will be crucial for success in this role.,
