Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Associate specializing in the GeM portal, located in Gurugram, India. The Tendering Associate will be responsible for handling various procurement tasks on the GeM portal, including generating L1 quotations, creating custom product catalogs, ensuring compliance-ready documentation, providing end-to-end procurement support, and maintaining transparent pricing. Additionally, the role involves liaising with government departments, PSUs, colleges, and universities to facilitate efficient procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with the GeM portal and experience generating L1 quotations
• Skills in creating custom product catalogs and ensuring compliance-ready documentation
• Experience in providing end-to-end procurement support and transparent pricing management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Gurugram, India
• Knowledge of government procurement procedures and norms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
