Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify potential tender opportunities from various sources. Monitor industry trends and market conditions. Evaluate the viability and strategic fit of potential tenders. Develop and implement tender strategies and plans. Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical specifications, commercial bids, and compliance statements. Conduct site visits and gather relevant information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, procurement, finance) to gather necessary information. Analyze tender requirements and identify key success factors. Develop winning bid strategies and proposals. Prepare and review commercial aspects of bids. Manage the bid budget and monitor performance against KPIs. Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids. Manage the bid process, including internal reviews and approvals. Coordinate with clients to clarify requirements and answer questions. Evaluate bids and contracts. Negotiate contract terms and conditions. Monitor the performance of awarded contracts. Prepare reports on tender success rates, bid performance, and market trends. Identify areas for improvement in the tendering process.
