Job Summary

Shivalik Housekeeping Services, a leading facility management and outsourcing company, is looking for a skilled Tender/Portal Operator to manage e-tendering and government procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, etc.). The role involves preparing and submitting tender documents, monitoring opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams for successful bid participation.

Responsibilities

• Manage company profiles on GeM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals.
• Search and shortlist relevant tenders in facility management, housekeeping, and security services.
• Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bids on time.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and legal teams for tender documentation.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate (preferred) with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of GeM/CPPP and other e-procurement portals.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, PDF tools).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
