Job Role / Responsibilities: Aspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions: Tender Search & Bid Preparation both Technical and Price Bid E-Tendering / E-Bidding / Reverse Auctions / Live Auctions Prepare all tender documents in specified formats related to the bid Submit documents within stipulated time limits as mentioned in the NIT of tenders Coordinate with the respective departments for document procurement in the tendering process Reporting bidding status (online/offline) on a daily basis Prepare datasheets and maintain records regularly Follow up with vendors, OEMs, departments, and clients Prepare MIS reports and competitive bidder comparison sheets Manage collection of EMD; coordinate with accounts for EMD/Tender Fee procurement Handle post-tendering activities and vendor registration for limited tenders Attend pre-bid/post-bid meetings with customers Maintain strong customer relationships with both existing and new clients Track tender and offer status Be well-versed with document control practices Additional Responsibilities: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MIS Reporting Excellent written and verbal communication in English Preparation and submission of tenders and related procedures Upload and submit General/Technical/Commercial documents on online platforms Liaison with government departments for vendor registration, approvals, and renewals Prepare technical and commercial proposals Search government tenders and create bids in designated systems Coordinate with teams to ensure timely and successful bid submissions Contribute to the development and implementation of rules and procedures governing the tendering and contracting process
