Tender Manager - DAAS

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is different from the product sales role; it focuses on selling drone-based services like surveying, mapping, inspection, and surveillance on a project or subscription basis.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)-

• Annual Contract Value (ACV)- Secure service contracts worth a target ACV annually.
• Solution Development- Successfully translate client requirements from tenders into viable, cost-effective, and winning service solutions.
• Bid Profitability- Ensure all service bids are priced to achieve target profitability, accurately accounting for operational costs (pilots, data processing, equipment).
• SLA Definition- Create clear and achievable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the proposals.
• Client Engagement- Lead pre-bid meetings and presentations to demonstrate service capabilities and understand client needs better.

Required Profile-

• Education- Degree in Engineering (Geoinformatics/Civil), Business Management, or Project Management.
• Experience- 4-6 years of experience in bidding for technology-based services (e.g., IT services, GIS services, project management consultancy).
• Experience in the drone service industry is a major advantage.
• Proven ability to bid for projects, not just products.
• Skills & Competencies-
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong project scoping and effort estimation skills.
• Excellent proposal writing skills, focusing on methodology, deliverables, and value proposition.
• Understanding of service delivery and operational logistics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
