Job Description

Position: Tender Manager


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new tender opportunities across government portals and GeM
  • Scrutinize tender documents and assess feasibility
  • Prepare complete tender documentation ensuring compliance
  • Develop BOQs and conduct cost analysis
  • Ensure timely submission of all tender documents
  • Manage GeM portal operations and catalog maintenance
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs
  • Track tender status and follow up with authorities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Business preferred)
  • 6-7 years proven experience in government tender management
  • Strong knowledge of GeM portal and e-procurement platforms
  • Proficiency in BOQ preparation and cost analysis
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of GFR and government procurement processes
