Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end process of identifying, preparing, and submitting tenders/bids. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of government and private procurement processes and must be well-versed in documentation, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant tender opportunities through various government and private portals.
• Study and analyze tender documents, terms & conditions, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documentation and approvals.
• Prepare and compile tender documentation (technical and financial) as per RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Submit tenders online/offline within the defined timelines.
• Track submitted tenders and follow up on status updates.
• Maintain tender records, submission history, and documentation logs.
• Ensure compliance with all tender terms and applicable regulations.
• Maintain vendor registrations and documentation on various e-procurement portals (GeM, CPP, etc.).
• Communicate with clients or authorities for clarifications or bid queries.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Good knowledge of tendering procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with online tender portals (GeM, CPP Portal, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple submissions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA, B.Com, or related field).
• Additional certification in business administration or procurement will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
